We are happy to assist with any questions you may have about ordering and discuss details of your event. While we are able to accept order inquiries via our website and email, please note that your order is not considered final until payment is received.
Notice:
To meet your expectations and provide you with the best possible experience, we suggest placing your orders at least 24-48 hours in advance. For custom orders, including cakes, 3-7 days in advance, depending on the detail of your order.
We tend to fill up quickly for our weekend orders; please be sure to contact us early so that we may accommodate your request!
As we bake our small batches fresh each day, please stop by our shop for your last-minute celebration dessert needs!
Delivery to Marin, San Francisco, and most of Napa and Sonoma:
Minimum order for delivery is $50.00, not inclusive of delivery charges.
Delivery charge to San Francisco: $15.
Delivery to most parts of Marin and Petaluma: $15+.
Delivery charge to Novato, zip 94945: $10.
Delivery to most parts Napa, Sonoma: $20+.
For deliveries outside of this area, please contact us for an estimate.
Payment:
Payment in full is due when your order is placed. We accept cash, check (corporate only), American Express, Mastercard or Visa.
Cancellation Policy:
Beginning March 13 2020 until further notice:
All orders are final at time of purchase, no refunds. This includes any cancellation of your event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, we will allow one reschedule of your order, IF 1.) we are notified of your reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice AND 2.) reschedule occurs within 2 weeks of your original date.
Large Orders and Special Occasions:
In planning for your special occasion, please call in advance to discuss how we may assist you with your special day! Volume discounts are extended to our clients planning larger celebrations that include our full service options. Volume discounts begin at 100+, same flavor.
